Staff or Principal Test Engineer

Description and Responsibilities:

SiBEAM is seeking an experienced and energeticdigital and mixed signal IC Test Engineer to develop production test capability for ourhigh performance baseband devices.  Responsibility includes implementation of test methods, systems and programs, hardware design and development for characterization, production test, ATE to bench correlation and wafer sort.  The position will interact significantly with both the operations and design organizations.

Requirements:

• Experience with high volume, high performance devices for consumer markets
• Design load boards and probe cards, correlate ATE and bench test results, develop and qualify test programs, measure repeatability, and calculate limits.
• Solid understanding of mixed signal test methods (ADCs, DACs, PLLs) and digital vector implementation
• Good hands-on test and debug experience.
• Demonstrated manufacturing discipline and production experience.
• Must have a disciplined and organized methodology
• Experience with Teradyne testers
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• A BSEE degree and at least 10 years of experience in RF production testing; MSEE preferred.
