SUNNYVALE, California – November 14, 2007 - SiBEAM, Inc., a leading innovator of millimeter wave (mmWave) solutions and developer of high-speed wireless communications platforms, today announced that it has received the “Best of Innovations” award in the enabling technologies category at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) Innovations Design and Engineering Awards for their millimeter wave semiconductor solutions. They have also been named as a CES Innovations Design and Engineering Honoree. Products entered in this prestigious program are judged by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, engineers and members of the trade press to recognize consumer electronic products that exhibit excellence in form and function.

SiBEAM’ s 60GHz Semiconductor Solutions with OmniLink60™ Technology represent the first application of SiBEAM’s millimeter wave technology and are capable of streaming uncompressed high definition video, audio and data.  As a founding member of the WirelesHD™ Consortium that includes several worldwide leaders in consumer electronics, SiBEAM will base their first products on the WirelessHD industry specification.
